Prices

A licensed copy of prOpcKit is required to develop and deploy applications using the product. The licensed version comes with complete source code and includes all maintenance releases and version upgrades provided free for a period of 12 months following placement of an order.

A single-user license costs £350 pounds sterling net (excluding VAT).

At the time of writing (24/03/02) this was approximately equivalent to 500 US dollars or 580 Euro. You can get a more accurate or up to date conversion from one of the on-line currency sites, such as OandA.

VAT

Value-Added-Tax of 17.5% is charged on all orders placed from within the UK. VAT is not charged on orders placed from within the European Union, provided the purchaser is registered for VAT in their own country. VAT is not payable on orders placed from outside the EU.

Technical Support

We offer technical support to registered users via e-mail. While we will endeavour to assist with any problems you may have in deploying your server, it is not possible for us to guarantee that any particular server will operate correctly with every possible client. Our test and development platforms use the reference client from Terravic Corporation, and we reserve the right to limit our support to achieving correct operation with this client. In addition, issues involving network or DCOM configuration are outside the scope of our support.
